By utilizing the basic compound movements and a barbell you will get stronger with each session. We focus primarily on Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Shoulder Press with other lifts being added as needed.
Programming is simple:
Stress-Recover-Adapt.
By stressing the body and then allowing it to recover, we create an adaptation. Squat 100 lbs today, get some good food and some good sleep, and in two days you squat 105 lbs. It really is that simple. This simple, linear programming works every time it is implemented.
As a strength coach my main focus is to make you stronger, but strength is not a stand alone product. With more strength you get bigger more aesthetically pleasing muscles, a better quality of life, an improved mental state and more confidence than you've ever had. A stronger version of You is a better version of You.
